What if the product that I received has faulty parts or is damaged?
We take special care to deliver your products in the excellent condition. However, you can if you receive any product in unusable condition, you can contact our customer care and they will do the needful.
How can I modify my order after having placed it?
ADD/ REMOVE A PRODUCT
Unfortunately, after you have placed an order, you shall not be able to add or remove a product to/from your order. But you can place a new order for the desired products.
Please contact our customer care team if you wish to change the delivery address for your order, by dropping a mail regarding the same at email@example.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
We shall accept your request if the order has not yet been shipped. However, if the order has been shipped, we shall only be able to accept change of address requests within your city.
Please note: An order shall be delivered at a single address only. We do not accept requests for delivering at multiple locations in a single order. We request you to place separate orders for separate locations.
CHANGE DELIVERY DATE
We try to deliver all our orders in the earliest time possible. However, if you want delivery at a later date, please coordinate with the courier person once he gets in touch with you.

After you have placed the order, we will send you a CONFIRMATION email with delivery details. We will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible and will keep you informed at every step of the way.
You also track your order through our dispatch partners by visiting their website after we have sent you the consignment number vide mail.
Please note: It sometimes takes upto 24 hours for the tracking to be updated after an order is placed.
Can I also return a product which was found faulty upon use?

How long does it take for delivery?
When you order from our website, we ensure that the order starts getting processed within 24 hours
Depending on the shipping address within India, post ordering, this should take 7-10 days overall to get delivered. In some rare cases, due to delivery address accessibility issues, it may take longer to receive the shipment. Nevertheless, we will keep you updated with any such delays.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
Do you have any shipping charges?
Shipping charges are free for shopping above INR 1500 and shopping below 1500, Rs 50 will be charged or it can be vary according to shipping address.
Can I return the order to the courier agent and take my cash back from him?
We do not have the facility of returning the product to the courier agent and take the cash back from him. In case you are not satisfied with the product, please contact our customer care by dropping us an email at Care@fitabana.com and our customer helpdesk shall mail or call you within 24 hours to resolve your query.
What are the payment options available at Fitabana.com?
The payment options we support are Case on delivery( except fitness equipments) Credit card, Debit card, Net Banking, wallet – All the online payments are processed through Instant Pay payment gateways, which provide secure encrypted connections for all credit card, debit card and net banking transactions.
How does Cash on delivery payment method works?
We provide you the facility of making cash payments at time of delivery of the confirmed order. The payment will be required to be made to the delivery boy at time of receiving the product. Please ensure that the product packaging has not been tampered with, before making the payment and receiving the order. Kindly note you will need to make the payment before opening the product packaging.There was an error while processing payment. How will I know if the payment went through successfully?
In case of payment errors/failure, please retry ensuring:
- Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (in case of net banking)
- Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
- If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back after confirmation from the bank. It will take about 7-10 business days for the refund. You can get in touch with Customer Care along with your order number and details of the amount deducted, or send an email on firstname.lastname@example.org for any further clarifications.
Why can’t I see the COD option on my payment page?
We regret the inconvenience but this might be due to your postal code does not fall into our COD applicable area or the product that wish to purchase is.
