WHAT IS CREATINE?
Creatine is a nitrogenous compound that occurs naturally in the body and helps to supply energy to all cells in the body, primarily muscle cells. Creatine is a quickly available source of energy for muscle contractions used to enhance athletic performance. Creatine has been shown to increase maximal strength and endurance by as much as 15% and up to 30% in power output and energy release in short-burst/interval sports.

HOW DOES CREATINE WORK?
Inside the muscle, creatine bonds to a phosphate molecule to produce phosphocreatine, an important factor in the recycling of Adenoside TriPhosphate or ATP. Phosphocreatine donates a phosphate molecule to ADP to create ATP, the primary source of energy for muscle contraction, as well as other bodily functions. This is a solid, no-gimmicks creatine product for a great price. Mixes well in a cup or a shaker. I didn’t bother with a loading phase, but within a week I felt a noticeable difference in muscular endurance during workouts taking it once a day. Definitely a solid purchase

Great product, especially for the price! The texture is a little gritty, but it has almost no taste and I’ve mixed it with everything: almond milk, juice, protein shakes, even water. Within about 1/2 an hour I felt more energized and always had a better workout when I took this prior to lifting weights. I’m doing a 3 week cut right now, so I’m off of it at the moment, but I will definitely use it again when I get ready to lift heavy.

I just receive it yesterday with my leucine from allmax Really tasteless Easy to desolve quickly in water and in my protein shake. Dont have to shake my shaker for an hour, only one minute and its already almost disolve. Easy on my stomach too. Couldn’t wait to see the result from this creatine. Before i was using green magnitude, but i hope better resulte from 100% creapure from allmax. Pure Crystaline Dont loom for a scoop, there is no one lol But i dont care, like everyone who use supp for years, i always keep the scoop from other product! I am working out from last 5 years (just a baby in bodybuilding). Tried and tested countless pre-workout, BCAA, mass gainers and protein powders. After using this 5gms a day, for 3 weeks my strength improved significantly. In these 3 weeks, I used protein powder and this creatine, that’s it. If you are using pre-workout or BCAA, you don’t need at all after this. I am not saying it gave me muscle mass (cause it’s too early to tell those results) but strength, oh boy! it’s kicking. Just to give you an example, I used to lift 75lb plates on each side of machine before using creatine and in just 3 weeks i am easily able to lift, 95lb each side for the same shoulder press. It took me a while to reach to 75lb plates on each side (total of 150lb) but with this I can see the results. I def recommend this.

Best creatine I have ever come by. It’s easy and simple. Not too much bloating an acceptable amount of weight gain. It’s easy to take I just add a scoop to my post workout whey shake. I’ve used a couple different creatines over the years, this is by far the best.

Excellent product. Bought it 8 days ago, and can already see some gains. Mix it with AfterGlow by BioRhythm. mixes great and tastes awesome (most likely due to the afterglow lol). overall excellent product, except it doesnt mix too well so i just add a little water into my bottle and shake it back up for a small another round. so far so good!

Great Product! Just started using it about 3-4 weeks ago. Saw pretty good gains for the price, so well worth it price:work-rate ratio. Very little bloating off the bat and can easily mix it with a pre-workout or with a protein shake if used after a workout. Can never go wrong with pure german creatine, definitely the best stuff out there! I recommend this product to all types of people that lift. No taste. Works great. AllMax is a great/reputable company. It’s a bit grainy but that’s to be expected from a creatine monohydrate product in my experience and it’s reasonably priced.
