This raw whey is value for money for sure…. A descent amount of protein per scoop and fine crystallized whey which mixes well in water or milk…. I normally make a smoothie post workout adding bananas, creatine and glutamine and 1.5 scoop of whey in water, rather than simply mixing in water and consuming that’s because it is tasteless but mixes well. All depends on personal choice of consuming. A good whey for beginners as well. Must give it a try.

I tried lot of whey protein nutrition but this Is good, value for money and result oriented, even digestive capacity is good. raw whey means it is milk oriented flavour so if you don’t like milk taste then don’t go for it. else if you go for result then definitely can try it minimum 3 files and also diat in proper way.
