Absolutely delicious! I’m not a huge fan of products with whey protein I have a dairy intolerance but this works great and doesn’t aggravate me like other whey products. I take it at night and workout early in the morning and this gives me the energy and results I need.

I tried a couple caseins before from brands like ON and they always had a nasty grainy texture and bland flavor. However, Dymatize’s cookies n cream casein is like a desert oreo milkshake! I love it, it’s like a treat but low sugar/carb, and perfect before bed. 10

This product is a winner!!! Prior to Dymatize I had tried the Casein formula of some of the very well known brands like GNC, Optimum Nutrition & Tejaswa but I can safely say Dymatize Casein is by far the best product. To start with it is very smooth, people who take protein shakes can vouch getting the powder to dissolve evenly and quickly is one of the most common issues faced by athletes. Not in this case the powder mixes fast and very evenly. The taste is excellent again the best by far. As far as the effectiveness of the formula is concerned, its as effective as any mentioned above. So what else can one wish for a very effective product that mixes and tastes well. Try it you will not be disapointed.

Taste and mixability are both good… takes a slightly more vigorous shaking than a whey protein, and doesn’t taste quite as good, but for a casein protein it’s pretty good, the price is right, and it’s great stuff for drinking before bed.

I started my fitness journey last year with Optimum Nutrition (ON) Whey Isolate and ON Casein. After spending so much time with these two products, I was concerned that a different brand wouldn’t be as good. You know what got me though? THE FLAVORS, this Cookies and Cream is the bomb, and tastes just like the Hershey’s bar of the same name. I wish more companies would try interesting flavors like this.

Much better taste and consistency than Optimum Nutrition Casein (not as chalky like most caseins). I will definitely stick to this brand unless a superior product is developed, or an equivalent cheaper product is sold. Get it, it’s extremely delicious! If you mix it with milk and if it sits in the frig for awhile it really thickens up, but water wont do this. I use 1.75 scoops in water, and keep it in a frig by the bed, wake up in the middle of the night to chug it, and it tastes spectacular (even with the water).
I will say that it (like all Caseins) for me gives me the stankiest gas the next day ever!!! Love it, because for some reason my wait time for occupied gym equipment seems much shorter these days ;).
