Firstly it’s cheaper from local market. I am consuming this from quite long time and I can tell you the best benefit you can get is , less tiredness and better improved stamina .
But if you will consume it for long without taking break it might give some side effects like itchy back and some hotness in your body . Rest it’s really good product .
