Well it is really a nice product from MuscleBlaze at low cost and I will not suggest anybody to take supplements specially younger people.
Try to avoid supplements till you are 20 and always have a nutritional diet.
Supplements are always best when you have reached a certain age and your growth is lacking. I took it and found out other than this a very well balanced and nutritional diet is must.
