It works great to cast off water retention from menses. I was very closely monitoring my water retention for a few cycles and how long it took for the water weight to come off. I needed something to help with urinary leakage. The description states it’s for proper urinary health. I tried it and it works. No more leaking or pads as “in case” protection.
The name is Water Out but it does not claim to be a diuretic. Nice it works that way for some people. I’m happy it works as I need it to.
