√ What is the general return policy on fitabana.com

10 Day Return Policy on all product except GYM equipment 

We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Fitabana.com – you can return all items within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.

 

 Following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:

    1. Damages due to misuse of product
    2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
    3. Any consumable item which has been used or installed
    4. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
    5. Combos sold won’t be taken back/returned as individual units
    6. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

 

√ What is return policy on gym equipment

Any Fitness Equipment/Accessory will be valid for replacement within 10 days of delivery, if product is not used and return in original packaging 

Fitness Equipment will be replaced in case of manufacturing defect or size only.

The buyer can cancel their order before Shipping. Cancellation of after shipping transport charge or 20% of invoice  will be deducted from the original refund and it will be credited to the same account within 3 to 7 working  days.

 Return policy on Heavy equipment (like Treadmill, Home Gym etc)

We only sell 100% original products directly from the manufacturer / authorized distributor after proper quality checks. All products are covered under warranty from the manufacturer as per the manufacturer policy. Heavy products may witness some issues during shipping.

In case of any issues – Technical, physical etc, please inform our support desk and send the pictures. Our experts would examine the issues and communicate with the manufacturer immediately. Your issues would be addressed in any of the following ways:

    1. For any technical issues, you would be guided to get the issues rectified online
    2. Any physical abuse on any parts those can be changed, Replacement parts would be sent immediately
    3. Any parts which may not be properly traceable, New parts would be sent by the manufacturer

Heavy products are not liable for standard Return Policy since there are issues related to taxes and cross border movements of products through surface courier and every endeavor would be made to get the product fixed at the customer’s location.

 

√ What should I do if I receive a Damaged item, wrong product or missing units in my order?

Is there a category specific policy for returns?

Nutrition: Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable for return. Please consult with the doctor before buying the product.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

You can either write us at care@fitabana.com or call at 0120-4373296 from Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM to initiate a return.

Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through SpeedPost courier service and share tracking details and we will return the courier cost.

 

√ What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order, amounts will be credit in your account within  2-5 business days

What is Fitabana Cancellation Policy?

If the order or the item(s) in your order are not shipped, cancellation is possible. Click on ‘Orders’ and you will reach your order history. Click ‘Cancel’ for the order(s) you wish to cancel. You will be notified about the status within 30 mins. For prepaid orders, the order amount will be refunded back to your bank account within 2-5 business days, or as per your respective bank timelines. √ How do I cancel my Order?

Under your profile, go to ⇒‘My Orders’ and click on Cancel.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

Once your request for cancellation is received and successfully processed, we will initiate the refund. Usually, for prepaid orders, it takes 2-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
