I find this to be a very good low sugar, high protein option. I purchased the chocolate brownie, and decided to repurchase along with cookies and cream. I do feel it mixes better with coconut milk as opposed to water because I do make my shakes in my ninja blender. It seems to be a little more filling than some of the other shakes I’ve used. I actually found this looking at possibly doing a keto based diet, although last summer I started cutting my sugar. At almost 57 years old I’m trying to stay as healthy as possible and I feel like this helps. I don’t know if it’s really impacted my work out yet but I definitely feel like the nutrition in the shake is top notch.

The cookies and cream is more like a cheap brownie in taste. Desolves alright in water, though is a pain to get into the bottle unless you have a very wide neck bottle. Would buy again, but not the cookies and cream.
