I needed a stronger pre-work out because I’ve developed a high caffeine tolerance over the years of taking different pre-workouts. But wow this one definitely got me. 300mg of caffeine is no joke. It’s great pre workout if you’re in the gym lifting and doing cardio. You will get a great workout done with this pre-work out. But if you’re the type of person that only spend 30mins in the gym and talks dont take this! This is a strong pre-workout! Take it if you’re serious about training!

Had heard a lot about Dymatize and decided to give their PreWO a shot. Definitely did not disappoint. I’ve tried several different Pre Workouts and have had some decent ones along with some bad ones but nothing has compared to this product. Tastes great and provides the long lasting energy I’ve been looking for without the typical jittery feeling associated with PreWO. Awesome product!
