I first heard about this protein powder in a Men’s Fitness magazine. It was listed as the best protein powder for weight loss and best money wise. I’ve been taking this since last summer and its my favorite in terms of results, taste, and value. I’m 5’9 and I used to weigh about 175 lb. (A little heavy for my size). I shrunk down to 145 lb. and basically have no fat on my stomach. If your that person who just wants to have have an athletic looking body but not be super muscular, this is the protein powder for you. I still get enough protein to make an excellent post workout drink (23 or 24g per scoop), but without all the carbs. Best of all, it tastes just like chocolate!!!
